Annual Servicing
Annual servicing of your A/C equipment is necessary to maintain an efficient system helping reduce breakdowns and cost inducing part failures. An annual service also ensures validation of any warranties and guarantees of your air conditioning installations. An annual service may include filter clean, coil clean and disinfectant, pressure check, refrigerant gas check, internal unit clean and condenser clean.
TM44 & F-Gas Reporting
It is now a legal requirement to have a TM44 report available on your premises for health & safety and emergency service requirements when you have over a particular amount of refrigerant gas stored on site (contained within A/C equipment). Please contact us for TM44 A/C reports.
Electrical Installation
We have a variety of skills amongst our qualified engineers. Some of our engineers are electrically qualified therefore we can reduce the cost of a full A/C installation as we can provide the electrical wiring and isolation points within the installation cost. Normally when installing A/C we ask that you provide the electrical requirements and isolation switches before we arrive.

Even though this is more chargeable than daily rates, it can save hundreds and even thousands of pounds of spoilage if we can diagnose and fix the problems for you.

Our F-Gas and REFCOM air conditioning and refrigerant engineers carry the appropriate refrigerant gases with them for fast, effective and cost saving repairs and re-gas on your system.
